Financing Requirements Checklist

• Residence: Austin surrounding area or other cities(with higher down payment) Bring the following: lease contract, utility bills. If no lease or utility bills available mailed bank statements ,recent official mail,older W-2's, tax returns might be accepted with higher down payment.
• Job: W-2 or Tax Return for the past 2 years, 4 recent check stubs with qualifying income, 2 recent bank statements. If self employed: 4 bank statements + 2 years tax returns(or 1099's for 2 years with qualifying income). IF receive Social Security Income or Award letter income need: over $2000 monthly income with 2 years of bank deposit history plus lease agreement, utility bills call for terms.
• TX License Other states or countries OK call for terms.
• Down Payment in Cash or Credit Card under person being present Only.
• Insurance: Standard Comprehensive collision coverage 500 deductible required same day with a dealer listed as a lien holder.
